On February 28, 2024, Quality Brands Protection Committee of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (QBPC) Vice Chair Tao Yang delivered a keynote speech at the 2nd JD.COM Product Safety and Compliance Forum.
After introducing the history, mission, and priorities of QBPC, Tao Yang highlighted the challenges and opportunities faced by intellectual property protection in the current market environment as well as sharing the experience and achievements of IPR cooperation between JD.com and QBPC.
According to Tao Yang, QBPC looked forward to deepening and expanding cooperation with JD.com in 2024 so as to jointly handle new challenges and opportunities while creating new values and achievements. In the end, he put forward suggestions and expectations in terms of strengthening publicity, education and social guidance, enhancing case cooperation and joint crackdown, and conducting special governance in specific industries.
