On December 7, QBPC Automation & Electric IWG held its second offline lunch meeting in Shanghai this year, which was chaired by IWG Coordinator Tim Jiang. Eleven representatives from seven member companies attended the event.
The participants discussed issues including second-hand product refurbishment, product name protection, Shadow Company, complaints on e-commerce platforms, etc. They actively participate in the discussion, shared their experiences, latest findings and development of local judicial practice, which provided more ideas and reference on how to handle the existing problems.
