China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has formulated and issued the Measures (for trial implementation), which came into force on the date of issuance. The Measures consists of five chapters and thirty articles, which clarified the contents of case acceptance, case mediation, and settlement of disputes over patent open licensing implementation.
