On March 17, the representatives of Quality Brands Protection Committee of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (QBPC) visited the Intellectual Property Section of the General Operation Division of Shanghai Customs.
During the meeting, the officials outlined their 2025 priorities and provided recent regulatory updates. The two sides discussed how to carry out in-depth cooperation in the new year. Specifically, they exchanged views on issues such as the customs intellectual property training plan and exploring the embedding of product traceability codes with confirmation of right information of key enterprises. Meanwhile they preliminarily identified key areas of collaboration for 2025.
